On November 28, 2017, at approximately 11:00 a.m., an employee was installing telephone service in the basement of a residential customer. He was standing on the second rung of a fiberglass step ladder when one of the ladder hinges buckled, causing him to fall to the basement floor. He fractured his tibia and fibula, requiring surgery.
