An employee was cleaning when he bumped into a vertical pipe containing hydrofluoric acid. The acid dripped down under his gloves, burning the top of his left wrist. The pipe had been flushed at the time of the incident, but a section had a few ounces of trapped acid. The employee was hospitalized.
