An employee was sitting on the side of a truck trailer with his arm resting on the ramp, which was in the up position. The truck driver got into the truck and began reversing the trailer. The employee's right arm was then caught between the trailer and a skid steer that was behind it. The employee was hospitalized with a dislocated right shoulder and swelling.
