An electrician was taking out an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system. One of the systems was set on the ground by an aerial lift. While the second system was being set on the ground, the employee was walking between the two systems. One of the units fell on him trapping him between the two systems. The employee suffered an ear injury, a broken jaw and a broken leg and was hospitalized.
