Final narrative
An employee was using a tool to clean film buildup off of a set of equipment leveler rollers. Once completed, the employee selected jog mode on the operator console to turn the leveler rollers and inspect if all of the film was removed. During the process of jogging the rollers forward, the employee's right hand was pulled into the leveler rollers causing a laceration to the palm.
