An employee was helping a customer unload palletized merchandise from the back of a trailer using a pallet jack. The employee's foot slipped off the ICC bumper while the employee's hand was on the strap to the overhead door; the door came down as the employee's body reached ground level, slamming on top of her hand. She suffered finger injuries that required pins and bolts to be installed.
