Final narrative
An employee was riding a bike to go on patrol. As he was coming around the corner, a gust of wind began to blow off his hat. He used his right hand to keep his hat on and accidentally hit the front brake with his left hand. He then went over the handlebars and fractured the top of his left hip at the socket. He was hospitalized.
