An employee was working on a scaffold 8 feet high and scooting from one area to another when one side of the scaffold fell into a drainage hole. The scaffold then began to tip over, and the employee jumped out of the scaffold. Upon landing on the ground, the employee fractured his left ankle, right tibia, and right fibula.
