On March 17, 2021, an employee was working in the bucket of a bucket truck when a box truck drove under the bucket and struck its bottom. The bucket turned 90 degrees and ejected the employee, who landed on top of the box truck and then rolled off it to the ground below. The employee suffered a head injury and was hospitalized.
