On April 27, 2021, an employee was stepping off a manlift onto a ladder when the lift started and moved upward. The employee hit his back on a metal tube running diagonally above him and was then pinched between the tube and the railing of the manlift. He suffered bleeding and fluid around the lungs and was hospitalized.
