On October 21, 2021, an employee exited a semi-truck to begin cleaning out its trailer after dumping dirt. The semi-truck and trailer began rolling backward and struck the employee, who fell to the ground. The trailer tires rolled over the employee's right arm, causing fractures and a degloving injury. The employee was hospitalized.
