On March 23, 2022, an employee was on an 8-foot A-frame ladder, attaching a rubber boot around a switch at a switch gear when the 13.8-kV system energized. He was shocked and fell about 3.5 feet to the ground. He suffered a burn to the upper thigh and bruising to his back and hips from the fall.
