On July 21, 2022, employees were working to set up a calendar machine for new product. The injured employee was in training and entered the front of the calendar oven to feed material through the rollers to a second employee. While feeding materials through the rollers, the machine started pulling the injured employee's right arm into the chill roller and idler arm that was adjacent to a heating roller. The employee suffered third-degree burns to their right forearm.
