On November 19, 2022, an employee was investigating a leaking boiler. He drained the boiler, allowed it to cool off, and then used a wet/dry vacuum to remove the rest of the water. Seeing that the source of the leak was a plug in the boiler, he began to remove the plug. Remaining steam pressure caused the plug to come out; the steam then burned his right arm, chest, and neck and the back of his left hand.

Hospitalized Multiple body parts, n.e.c. Steam, vapors-nonchemical
