An employee was building a pre-hung door unit. After finishing the build, they were trying to close the door, but it wouldn't close. The employee then proceeded to fix the jam by reaching in the lock holes in order to pull the door. When the door unjammed, the employee's fingers became caught in the lock holes, resulting in amputation of the left middle finger.
