On January 17, 2024, an employee was dumping the debris tank of a hydrovac truck at a landfill. As the employee was removing ice that was stuck to the inside of the debris tank door, a frozen block of mud/water slid out of the tank and struck the employee's right leg, resulting in a fracture that required hospitalization and surgery.
