Final narrative
An employee was assisting a customer in loading items onto their truck/trailer. The employee cut a band off a bundle of railroad ties. As they walked away the railroad ties fell and struck them, causing them to fall to the ground. A railroad tie landed on top of their leg and the leg was fractured.
