An employee was running a concrete vibrator on top of a concrete wall next to a pump truck hose. When the pump truck blockage was cleared, the hose struck the employee and caused them to fall from a 4-foot scaffold to the uneven ground. The employee landed on their back and lost consciousness, sustained back fractures, and was hospitalized.
