Final narrative
An employee was stacking pallets on an outside loading dock with a forklift. The employee exited the forklift and it shifted into reverse. The employee went to stop it when the forklift fell to the ground, catching the employee between the forklift and the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured lower right leg and required surgery.
