On November 27, 2024, an employee was retrieving a part from inside a paint line wash rack that had fallen off the during the wash process. The employee stepped off the grated walkway, and his right foot and left hand penetrated the catch screen between the walkway and the wall of the wash booth. The water temperature was set at 150 degrees Fahrenheit. The employee was hospitalized with second-degree burns to his right foot and right wrist.
