On March 19, 2025, at 1:35 p.m., two employees were loading a tractor trailer that was backed into a dock and connected to the dock lift. The driver began to drive away while the employees were still on the dock lift, which then collapsed. The injured employee fell to the ground, resulting in a right hip contusion that required hospitalization.

As the farmer began to lower the stirring machine from the top, one of the ropes broke, causing the stirring machine to strike the ladder and knock it out from under the employee. The employee fell to the base of the grain bin and sustained fractures requiring hospitalization.
