Final narrative
At approximately 10:55 a.m. on 4/27/2025, an employee was reversing the saw cutting machine toward the test pit. While stepping backward, he fell into the test pit. The saw cutting machine also continued rolling into the pit and landed on him. The employee sustained fractured ribs.
