At about 9:45 a.m. on May 8, 2025, an employee was standing on an aluminum plank to tape ceiling drywall in a stairwell leading to a second-floor loft in a garage. The plank collapsed, he fell to the steps below, and then tumbled to the bottom of the steps. He suffered cuts and a fracture to his right leg and was hospitalized.
