An employee had been cribbing/chocking wood between layers of pipe on a rack. When the last layer of material was loaded on the rack, the employee noticed the last joint was crooked and began to manually adjust the pipe (5 1/2 inches wide, 46 feet long) into place. The pipe slid off, causing the material to strike the employee's lower right leg. The leg was broken in the shin area.
