An employee was on a 13-foot A-frame ladder while working on electrical conduit to change out a light in a ceiling. The employee fell to the ground, sustaining injuries to their head including a fractured skull, intracranial extra-axial hemorrhage, pneumocephalus, and loss of consciousness. The employee also sustained a scalp laceration and fractures to their frontal bone, frontal sinus, and both forearms.
