Holding monitor

I picked up a monitor with one hand. When I went to place it on the ground my arm twisted awkwardly and I felt a snap and heard a pop in my upper arm. My bicep is slightly deformed and it looks as though it is pulling away from my upper arm. I have slight pain when immobile but I cannot pick up anything more than a few pounds when I try to pull up lift the object in a certain way.
