I was having symptoms of radiating pain in my forearm and tingling and numbness in my ring finger and pinky finger on my right hand. I went to my PCP her referred me to an Orthopedic doctor and they had me go for an EMG and they have informed me with a diagnosis G56.21 Cubital tunnel syndrome on right.
