What happened
EE was working inside Fruit Production in the Peeler Room loading [REDACTED] onto the machine. EE was loading [REDACTED]#4 and it appear that the machine may have jammed or stopped for some reason. It is our assessment the EE attempted to unjam machine by inserting his arm into the axel door. Our observation was his gown was caught on a screw and pulled his arm into the equipment wrapping and tightening his gown and jacket on
