What happened
On [REDACTED] EE was working inside VEg1 Decant. EE stated that at around [REDACTED] -while he was prepping the water for product in a bin and adding ice chemical and water splashed into his eyes. EE informed coworker [REDACTED] & [REDACTED] then went to the restroom to rinse his eyes during his break time. EE stated he did not feel any pain until later when he was home then went to ER.
