What happened
Employee states he was working inside Fruit Decant on the Grape [REDACTED] area. Employee had just picked up a yellow tote full of grapes and was rinsing in large grey bin to wash product. As the went to stack the tote onto other totes according to employee he fell onto the floor. Employee was assisted with a chair and was wheeled out for fresh air. Employee 's wife came out then called Employee 's daughter. Once daughter arrived she contacted the ambulance for her father.
