What happened
Employee stated that his old back injury began to hurt while he was at work and he was sent home so he could go see his chiropractor. Temp agency informed had employee go to doctor and employee stated that they injured their back while leaned over with a part in their hand while trying to put it into the fixture and they felt a pop pain and stiffness that occurred directly after. Employee was given restrictions however temp agency informed us that he could not return to work until he was released back to full duty as they put him doing online training at home.
