Lifting part off of leak tester

Operator was removing part from leak tester table and in doing so part was stuck in leak tester and they used some force to get it out and when it came out if felt like the part dropped down catching their finger between the part and the leak tester tooling. Operator grabbed part by the brackets which put their hand in a pinch point allowing it to be pinched when they picked up the part. Team member said they were rushing
