Before the incident
While performing a restart of draw process (bolt pull) last [REDACTED] the glass broke and got a piece of glass lodged in their right index finger. Employee didn 't think it was that serious and didn 't notify anyone. Employee thought they could get it out on their own. But over the weekend it became inflamed. Employee was taken to Hart Industrial Clinic on [REDACTED] and was prescribed an antibiotic due to infection restricted duty no use of right hand.
