The injured worker was pushing the rack once they got to the exposed GPU Cord the rack got caught on it. The parts on the 3rd shelf rolled back and the plastic yellow tag tie poked the worker in his right eye pupil. Worker stated he felt a scratchy feeling in his eye and burning.
