Servicing customer trash dishwasher left at curb was attempted to be serviced by hand.
What happened
Driver was servicing customer who placed a dishwasher by the curb. The driver operating a rear load truck without a tipper attempted to lift the dishwasher by hand into the back of the truck. While doing so his grip slipped causing the dishwasher to fall onto his leg and sharp metal from the dishwasher caused laceration.
