Before the incident
At around [REDACTED] Employee came to Group Manager stating that their hand was in pain and hurting. Group manager asked what had happened. Employee wrote a statement saying that they were getting ready to put doors on the rolling press cart from the build lift and when they pushed the cart their hand came down and smashed the end of the gate felt a pop and it was hurting. Group Manager checked employees hand out and saw that it was very swollen and red we sat in the conference room for about 30 minutes with ice on the back knuckle where the swelling occurred. The swelling did not go down and Employee wanted to get it checked out because they had a broken hand in the same area before. Medcore was called and they suggested getting looked at.
