Before the incident
Employee was attempting to align aka square doors that were stacked on a pallet. Employee pulled three solid 7 4 doors towards their body. Employee was using three fingers to pull the doors towards them. When they did this they felt a pop and felt immediate pain. Employee observed immediate swelling to left inner forearm. Employee immediately reported the injury to their supervisor. Supervisor immediately called Medcore. Supervisor attempted to provide first-aid in the form of an ice pack however employee declined using an ice pack
