Employee leaned over the gate to pick up 3 0 7 4 core to build door and when they picked it up they felt their knee go backwards. The employee started getting sore and worked for a few more minutes when the knee began to feel worse. The employee notified their shift Lead who responded by getting their manager. The employee stated that they normally step to the side to pick up core however in this instance chose to lean over the gate to pick up the core.
