EE came into my office on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] and told me that he thinks he might of did something to his shoulder that he had surgery on. EE then told me that he woke up [REDACTED] with it feeling funny. He told me that he came to work and was welding out a 4 yard when EE heard a popping noise in arm shoulder and it fell to his side and wanted to go talk to EE surgeon or DR; to figure out what was going on.
