EE was tacking up a back on a 10 yard

EE was tacking up a back on a 10 yard and heard a pop in his neck and he is saying he now has pain in his neck. EE was welding sheet metal on an angle while on a trash can EE was pushing down to weld it was an all day process and EE developed cramping to his neck posterior aspect. Pain in the back of his neck. EE described his posterior neck pain as a constant cramp. EE has neck pain that is bad enough that is limits his ability to move his head. Recommended seeking care due to his neck pain is bad enough that it limits his ability to move his head.
