What happened
Employee was taking a sample from bins on [REDACTED]. She saw a bin which she thought was moving too quickly and tried to slow it down by grabbing the rim of the bin. The [REDACTED] driver picked up the first bin to put it on top of the second bin which the employee had her hand on. When he stacked the bins her fingers were caught between the two bins. Another employee saw this happened and yelled to the lift operator to lift up the bin freeing her hand. Employee thought she was ok but ultimately decided to have her hand checked out by a doctor.
