Employee was helping another employee re-position a cathode plate & bar assembly on a hydraulic table.
What happened
While re-positioning the cathode assembly the injured employee accidentally put his hand between the copper bar on the cathode and the table end- safety stop. The other employee moved the table in the wrong direction pinching the injured employees fingers between the bar and the safety stop.
