What happened
Hot oil from the fryer splashed onto her left arm from wrist up to elbow leaving several nickel to quarter sized burns. Nuggets clumped together and would not drop as they are supposed to when the door closed so she had to manually make them drop. they then fell and splashed the oil up onto her arm.
