Employee holding broken bracket with bolt threaded into the bracket The employee attempted to use a crescent wrench to hold broken bracket then used an impact wrench to try and remove bolt In doing so the bracket came out of crescent wrench and the impact wrench force caused the bracket and bolt to spin causing a laceration to the base of left pointer finger
