IE had been carrying out typical duties for his role. The [REDACTED] he woke up with pain in his elbow. IE attempted to work through the pain but ultiamtely decided he needed to see a doctor. He was given Xrays but nothing was determined. A MRI was also performed and found some tendonosis and a partial tear and strain.

Tendinosis of common extensor tendon with small fluid intensity signal within its postero-superior fibers suggesting a partial tear. Subtle hyperintensity in the superficial fiber of supinator muscle suggesting possibility of strain. Mild synovial effusion in elbow joint.
