What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] employee [REDACTED] was in the number [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] She was stopped picking up signage and putting it away in the back of vehicle VE23066 when an errant vehicle struck the back of light tower attached to [REDACTED] s truck going at a high rate of speed. Light tower was behind being towed. This impact cause the light tower to wedge under the back of [REDACTED] s truck and she fell backward hitting her back in the bed of the vehicle. All emergency lights hazards were on and work on road safes vehicle. 9[REDACTED][REDACTED] was called and supervisor [REDACTED] was contacted. Employee is ok but is claiming that she has back pain. She is refusing medical attention. Fire and Police were onsite. Police report number has been given. Axiom report has been given and NOI started. She is part of a 4 person team with 4 vehicles. Though the truck was drivable she is going to park her vehicle in a safe spot and ride with the other 3 individ
