While walking on an uneven sidewalk in an AT T work zone off of [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] the employee [REDACTED] slipped on a rock rocks on the edge of an uneven hillside while walking to his truck twisting his right leg and foot causing discomfort to his right ankle. He reported the incident to supervisor filled out a Noi and contacted axiom for assistance. The employee rested off ankle in the vehicle and took requested over the counter pain medication to alleviate injury. ([REDACTED]) visited employee on site and witnessed employee in correct footwear. When checking with employee following morning employee states he is fine and good to go.
