From what was told to me by the Branch Manager [REDACTED] was working on the road and as traffic went by a piece of debris flew into Coworkers eye. Coworker says that he was wearing proper safety glasses at the time of the incident. Coworker returned back to the branch and tried flushing the eye out himself with no improvement. [REDACTED] Branch Manager took the Coworker to the clinic. Eye was flushed at the clinic.
