What happened
I went into the staff bathroom in the locker room and when I walked in thefloor was wet and ended up slipping and falling on my bottom and back Itried to catch myself with my right hand. There was no sign present in the hallway or in the bathroom to notify staff it was cleaned. Staff bathroomroom number was 880-150. Currently treating with Ice and NSAIDs. Will seek medical treatment if pain symptoms do not improve.
