Before the incident
staff member words: I was coming back from [REDACTED] with the Siemens c[REDACTED]. I waspushing the C portion with my left arm hand and pulling the monitor with my right and she came out of the [REDACTED] middle area between the ORs pushing a cart. I had to stop suddenly to avoid hitting her and the heavy monitor mad my right arm adn right shoulder jam and twist. This caused immediate pain in my shoulder and lateral right upper arm into the elbow. Unknown what room number this was in as it was in the hallway.
